Anti-Agent ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our learning assistant service.

Anti-Agent is operated from France and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection laws.

Account Information

  • Email address (for authentication)

Telegram Integration

If you connect your Telegram account:

  • Telegram user ID and username
  • Messages you send to our bot

Learning Data

  • Knowledge items you create (concepts, discoveries, journals)
  • Flashcards and review history
  • Scheduled tasks and reminders
  • Conversation history with the AI assistant

Technical Data

  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Usage patterns and feature interactions

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the service: Deliver personalized learning assistance, generate flashcards, and send scheduled reminders
  • Improve the service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix issues
  • Communicate: Send service-related notifications and respond to your inquiries
  • AI Processing: Your conversations and learning data are processed by AI models to provide personalized assistance

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

AI processing is performed using Google's Gemini models. Your data may be processed in accordance with Google's data processing practices, but is not used to train AI models.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Supabase (database), Google (AI), Telegram (messaging)
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user in the EU, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
