Anti-Agent ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our learning assistant service.
Anti-Agent is operated from France and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection laws.

Account information
- Email address (for authentication)
- First and last name (optional)
- Timezone and language preferences
Learning data
- Notebook pages and their content
- Imported sources (URLs, PDFs, YouTube transcripts, audio)
- Flashcards, dialogues, exercises and review history
- AI agent interactions tied to your pages
Technical data
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Usage patterns and feature interactions
How we use your information
- Provide the service: deliver personalized learning, generate flashcards / dialogues / exercises, and send scheduled return reminders
- Improve the service: analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix issues
- Communicate: send service-related notifications and respond to inquiries
- AI processing: your conversations and learning data are processed by AI models to provide personalized assistance — they are never used to train any model
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use row-level security so each user's data is isolated at the database level.
AI processing is performed using third-party model providers. Your data may be processed in accordance with their data-processing terms, but is never used to train any model.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Supabase (database), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (AI processing)
- Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights
Your rights (GDPR)
As a user in the EU, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: receive your data in a portable format
- Restriction: limit how we process your data
- Objection: object to certain processing activities
You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings panel in the app. For other requests, contact us at louis@antiagent.io.
Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
