The Service is operated by Anti-Agent from France. These terms are governed by French law.

2. Description of Service

Anti-Agent is a personal learning assistant that helps you capture, organize, and retain knowledge. The Service includes:

• AI-powered conversation and learning assistance
• Knowledge mapping and organization
• Spaced repetition flashcards
• Scheduled reminders and follow-ups
• Integration with Telegram messaging

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users or our team
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service (knowledge items, journals, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your content may be processed by AI models to provide personalized assistance. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, flashcards, and suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Pricing and Payments

Anti-Agent is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide clear notice and pricing information.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings panel. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anti-Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anti-Agent from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
